thehaplesschild asked: So, my office totally gave me a Wayne's World mug [last week] with Wayne and Garth on it bec "You look like you're into this kind of stuff." And I am. I may or may not have also been given a titty mug in the same week but my point is, do you want it? The Wayne's World mug, not the titty. Titty is mine. I think it's actually a creamer. There's a hole in the nip.

i’ve never turned down a free wayne’s world mug before… so why start now? sure i’d love it!

Basketball is a beautiful game where people of all sizes can contribute and even, at times, dominate. But this is especially true for tall people - people like Kevin Durant. Besides maybe volleyball, I can’t think of too many other mainstream sports that are designed as to so perfectly…

I was just revisiting this essay that I wrote on my other tumblr back in September. I wish I had this New Yorker article to reference at the time I wrote it - it illustrates my point from the Kevin Durant-referencing mini-essay very nicely.

(Note: I did, however, cover the aforementioned Jonah Lehrer article in a separate blog post from February. If you don’t feel like reading the full thing check out my summary of it.)

— Michael Tomasky explains why you might be hearing and seeing the word ”intercepted!” a lot of the next few days news cycles.  (via cheatsheet)
